coaches cut excited experience fortunate frequently future grew head including learned learning season spoke time tremendous year
First impressions of the season were it was a tremendous learning experience. I spoke with many mentors, including other head coaches as well as my parents, frequently and they all said the same thing ? the first year is always a learning experience. I feel I learned a lot, grew a lot and experienced a lot, and at the same time was still fortunate to cut down the nets in the end so I am excited about the future here at Endicott.

confident gone great guys happens matt quality ready rely replace seniors step year
We will have to replace them. That is what happens every year in this business. You rely on your seniors greatly, then they are gone ? but as great as Matt and Zach were, I am confident that we have underclassmen that are ready to step up and be leaders. We still have a lot of quality guys in this program.
amount basketball certain consistent division game goals iii ncaa next remain respect season tournament win within
Our goals for next season will remain consistent with those of this year. Win another CCC championship and then win an NCAA tournament game. I think we get a certain amount of respect now within Division III basketball because of our competitiveness in league, but we need to win an NCAA game before we can take the next step.
