building hay primarily
The new building will be primarily for hay storage,
intensity laid needed passes played second together
In the first half, we just laid over. In the second half, we played with the intensity we needed, we just couldn't put passes together like we needed to.
created dig execute half hard hole kids scramble shame work
In the first half we didn't execute anything. I told the kids it's a shame to see them work that hard and have to scramble back to dig their way out of a hole created in the first half by not executing.
I didn't think it would be anything like this. Amazing.
revenge want lasts
We want revenge. We played well against them last time, and we feel like it's our turn.
shadow way different
Truth can be sliced a hundred different ways, and it will still remain true, but falsehood shrinks into the shadows, hoping never to be tested, with excuses aplenty.
emotional artist stuff
Women are emotional! And being an artist and a woman is probably more difficult because you have more stuff to overcome.
couple men artist
For a man it's like if something goes on on-stage you'll have a drink at the bar and talk about it. With a female artist it's a big deal, you have a meeting and she's mad at you for the next couple of shows!
perfect support trying
Nobody's perfect and I don't want to try and portray that but I'm genuinely doing the best I can out here; trying to support my family the best that I can, trying to make them proud and happy and everybody having the best life they can live. I'm trying to provide a better life for them than I had.
jobs perfection want
I take my job very seriously and I work the best that I can on every drum that I hit. I want all the drums and cymbals to sound the best. I strive for perfection and I won't take anything less.
thinking track singing
When you hear tracks everybody immediately thinks that nobody is really playing or singing. That's not the case at all.
confused artist track
The reason for backing tracks is to not veer off too far from the record and have what the fans actually want to hear. Artists use backing tracks just so they can stay close to the record and what the consumer heard for the first time. It's not to be confused with lip synching or anything like that cos that's not happening at all.
inspiration different band
I really want to work on a record of mine and I'm just getting inspiration from different sources like one of my favourite bands, Led Zeppelin, and Radiohead.
love-you love-life live-your-life
I live by four words and I have it tattooed on my arms as well. It just says, 'Live, learn, love life'. So you live your life to the best way you can. Every situation is a learning one so take those lessons, learn from it and love your life.
