aggressive almost create game guy lost matt needed offensive realized
When Matt went down, I realized that I needed to become more aggressive on the offensive end. Look to create and look to score, because we lost a guy who was averaging almost 20 a game for us.
bunch came chris feeling games good great guys lost played
I have a good feeling that a lot of their guys are going to have games they don't usually have. When we played at Arizona, they didn't have Chris Rodgers and they just lost McClellan but a bunch of guys came out and had a great game.
affect anxious best everybody focus game great hang job lose matt nervous nobody trying
I think everybody did a great job of trying not to focus on what we had lost, but trying to focus on what we could do. Nobody got real anxious or nervous when Matt went out. ... I think that's what you have to do when you lose one of your best players. You can't hang on it or it's going to affect your game, and the team's game and the mind-set.
best compared game games man played regardless whether zone
I didn't think about this game compared to others. I just know that this is one of the best games we've played all year, regardless of whether we played zone or man (defense).
combined game lowest score
It was probably the lowest combined score of any game I've ever been in.
best everybody games played
This is one of the best games we've played all year. Everybody played together. We had a lot of contributions from everybody, defensively and offensively.
best coaching games great job key played staff telling tough
This is one of the best games we played all year. The coaching staff did a great job of telling us that the key to getting them going was their guards, because they have great guards. We wanted to come out and make them take tough shots, tough plays.
along attacking good inability job missouri running state
We got a lot of good looks, we didn't make them and Missouri State did a good job of running its stuff. They did a good job of attacking and getting to the free-throw line, along with our inability to make shots.
home intensity played type
We've played better at home generally, but I don't think we've played this well consistently all season. Hopefully, it's just been our play and not just that we've been at home, and we can keep that type of intensity going on the road.
good time
Every time I shoot, I tell myself they're all good. When I got a good look I had to put it up.
tough transition
We slowed them down. They didn't get a lot of transition baskets. We made them take tough shots.
everybody league maybe
We all know that most everybody here is not going to make it to the league. Out of 64 guys, maybe 10 will play in the league at some point.
ball doubling good job mixing shot
I didn't make plays. They did a good job of rotating and doubling and mixing it up and we just didn't make plays. They shot the ball very well tonight.
careless factor falling shots
Careless turnovers were a factor and the shots weren't falling as much.
