I did it more out of caution than anything. I was the one who self-quarantined. I told the stewards I was scratching everything in the barn and said I was going to self-quarantine until I got back that blood test.

We'll know early this week. I'm not allowed to run any of my 29 horses at Laurel Park, but I was allowed to enter a horse on Friday for this coming Wednesday - pending the results from the tests.

It's very normal. Nobody's trying to hurt the horse, but it's not good for my image if you know everything I know and you turn the horse around.
