Just passing is not acceptable in our household. We have high expectations and use those tools to motivate, guide, and sometimes when a crisis hits, there have to be things taken away. We don't let it slide, ... It should not be the parent's option, it should not be the student's option to make the decision to go to the athletic field. They must have fulfilled their obligation in the classrooms first.
