Christopher James Berman, also known by the nickname Boomer, is an American sportscaster. He has anchored SportsCenter, Monday Night Countdown, Sunday NFL Countdown, U.S. Open golf, the Stanley Cup Finals, and other programming on ESPN and ABC Sports. Berman calls play-by-play of select Major League Baseball games for ESPN. In 2012, he called play-by-play for the Monday Night Football game between the San Diego Chargers and Oakland Raiders with color commentator Trent Dilfer and sideline reporter Rachel Nichols...

I used to be so amazed at all the things ESPN does that it literally made my head hurt just thinking about it. I don't even know how to use all the resources we have.
People forget I did highlights for four years at halftime on ABC.
It's sad to be losing it in that format. But we plan to go out with a bang, to take pride and joy in making each show the best ever.
