They called the same thing that got Rip thrown out of the game. They called the same exact thing, same ref. I don't understand.
I would have felt a little disappointed if Rip wasn't a part of it. We're like one, man. We're like one.
I don't know what Rip was doing, but he was hot, so I just kept going to him. He was thirsty today.
He's the best I've ever worked with. He's helped me so many times. We all have the confidence that Rip is going to be fine, especially with Arnie helping him.
Rip was aggressive early. And once he got it cooking, we kept going to him and we fed off him. When he gets hot, I don't know anybody who can slow him down.
Rip did a great job on him, that was his assignment. He contested a lot of his shots.
When he's aggressive and he's playing like that, it takes the pressure off everybody. Rip (Richard Hamilton) doesn't have to worry about scoring so many points, I don't either.
When he's aggressive and he's playing like he's playing, it just takes pressure off of everybody. Rip (Hamilton) doesn't have to worry about scoring so many points, I don't have to worry about (it). It just takes pressure off everybody, and we can really spread that offense out. Everybody can get 10, 12, 14, 15 points, and you win going away.

I knew it would be tough. I didn't know it would be this tough. I didn't know they would struggle this bad with the players that they have ... I don't know how it's going to work out this year, but they're going to be all right. They've just got to be patient.
I knew it was going to be tough. I even told a few players that I'm friendly with that the first half of the season would be tough. Just getting to know what (Larry) likes, getting used to how he coaches. But I didn't know it was going to be this tough. I didn't know they'd struggle this bad with the players they have. They've got some great talent on that team.
I like games like this much better than the ones we win by 10, 15 or 20 points. I don't like playing games like that.
I like Flip because Flip is an offensive-minded coach,
