I need to get some extra work in. Same shots I've been shooting haven't been going.
I needed to get some extra work in. The same shots that I've been shooting just haven't been going in. I think it's just reps. We haven't had that much practice time. I haven't had that much time to work on it, so it's just repetition.
In a strange sort of way, this is probably our best loss of the season. It lets you know we can't coast to the finish line.
I'm not sure what's wrong. They've been able to score points against us early. We give teams that freedom early on and when we try to play lock-down defense it's tough, because they've already got it going.
It was a good one. I was just feeling good. I was being aggressive, knowing I had a tough match-up with Steve Francis. It was just a good game. They guys were telling me to run the plays that we were running, and I just stayed aggressive.
I wanted to be aggressive early because the team gets better when I do that. The Mavericks and Phoenix are two teams that really try to jump on you early, so I wanted to be aggressive to keep them from getting on top of us.
No messages. We just try to get wins.
No matter who we're playing, we have too many options. We have so many guys that can hurt you as opposed to a team with just one or two guys. You can't adjust the defense on us. We have too many weapons.
It was a good win for us. To come back, especially after a tough loss against Miami (Sunday) and playing a team that beat us a couple weeks ago. We came out focused today and took care of business.
It was a good win for us, especially coming off a tough loss to Miami. You've got to be proud of what we have done so far, but our work is far, far from over.
It was a big game. We looked forward to it because we felt like they are the other best team in the NBA.
It was a big game and we looked forward to it. It's always big when you are playing the best. I think I did a pretty good job on Duncan.
It's y'all who are constantly bringing it up. We have not had one conversation about that. We're not thinking about it. If we're still at this pace in March or April, then we'll start talking about it. But we're not even in January, so why are we even bringing it up?
Tay is their biggest problem playing against us. They put a big guy on him and his perimeter game is so good. They go small and he posts up. And he's not just a scorer, he makes plays down there and gets rebounds (eight Thursday). He's a match-up nightmare.
