You know what to expect from him every week. You don't get a different quarterback. You see some quarterbacks go out there and play great, and then the next week they go out there and they don't play half as good as the last week. So I like that.

But we're such a better team than we were last year. I believe that. We'll see if it works out that way, but I believe and I think the rest of the guys in here do, too. We all want the same thing, and that's to win that Super Bowl. And if you've got a group of guys who all want the same thing, you can do some special things.

I knew I was going to be able to go, ... I felt good, I ran good. A no-brainer, I was going out there. I wasn't worried about how long I was going to last or anything. I just happened to have to come out when it got worse.

(The streak) is important and it shows accountability but at the same time, I'm not really concerned with it. There's a lot of great players that have missed a lot of games, so I'm not concerned with that. It's just (that) I want to be out there to help my team win, and I know I can't do anything sitting on the sidelines.

coach core correct guys obviously run
Things are a little different ... The way the organization is run is a lot different, but who's to say the correct way to run it? It's stable. There's not a lot of in and out. You know who the coach is. You know who the core guys are. I thought I was one of the core guys there, but obviously I got out of there.

They always give you the things that could happen, the risks you take. At the same time, I'm aware of that and I don't really care. I just want to play football and help us win.

And you look at what you did wrong because I guarantee you they're going to know everything we did wrong. The opportunities they missed. . . . I'm sure they're looking at that.
