Reggie is a (great) block-out guy and Ruben will go down there and battle. Sometimes, the ball just seems to fall right in my hands.
For the record, I'm not getting in the car. I can't fit into no Indy car. I'm just excited about the project. I think we're going to have a lot of fun.
Give the Clippers credit. They tried to take the ball out of my hands. We missed shots we normally make. We kept fighting and kept competing. I feel very good about this series.
If we win playing ugly ball, we'll take it.
He's been a big influence. He's got a lot of knowledge.
This was a good win for us. We had good aggression in the fourth quarter.
We're on a roll right now. Hopefully, we can continue this confidence-building.
That boy got eyes on the front and back and both sides of his head. He got eyes everywhere. He's always playing hard. Only thing I like about him, he looks for his teammates first, then he goes out there. He's not a selfish player. I can play with somebody like that all year long, maybe in the future we can get him out here in Denver.
My team needed me out there to get some things done. At halftime I just told them it's time for me to wake up and just go out there and win the game.
I just hope my involvement brings a wider fan-base and more interest to an already exciting and fun sport.
Shawn Marion overplayed it, he reached, and once I saw that, I knew I had a clear shot at the basket once I got my feet set. I wanted to win, even before I got my face smacked. Then I got energy from that, even though Eddie did it.
I live for stuff like that, getting the ball in the last seconds. Whether I make the shot or miss it, I would rather put that pressure on me.
I know him pretty well and it hurts me to see him like that. Once you have back problems, they're not going to go away the next day or the next week. If I could tell him anything, I'd just say relax and rest it.
I hope so. I'm just going to wait and see. I feel comfortable. . . . But there are lot of forwards in the West doing really good.
