bad bristol run track
Bristol isn't a track I have run well at in the past. I think a lot of it has been because of bad luck.
attitude bad easy help
It's really easy to get down and out and have a bad attitude when things aren't going well, but that doesn't help you,
bad ended frustrated guys running terrible worried
It's a terrible day. I was worried about guys running over me and I ended up running over somebody. I'm very frustrated and feel bad for those guys.
awesome bad charlotte close earlier fast finish five focusing good great home hopefully luck plans race run season shake showing surface team top track work
It will be great to be back in Charlotte this weekend. It's always good to race close to home. We had a disappointing race there earlier this season and we know that we can run well there. They have a new surface on the track and that will make the track very fast and I like fast. That will be awesome and work to our advantage. The team plans on focusing on a top five finish and hopefully shake off some of this bad luck we have been experiencing. We have a great team and we plan on showing that at Lowe's.
bad beginning bob bristol certainly chances confident crew entire fighting finish good happen heads held hurt increased kept runs solid starting string strong team together year
We started out strong at the beginning of this year then went on a string of bad runs starting with Infineon. That really hurt us in the points. But Bob (Osborne, crew chief) and the entire team held their heads up and kept fighting and together we got back into the 'Chase'. Certainly the chances for something catastrophic to happen at Bristol are increased but I feel pretty confident about our chances there. If we can come away with a solid finish there, I think we have a good chance at making the 'Chase'.
bad closed locked nose pedal putting rock
That's how I got into the 15. I put my nose out there to go under him and when he closed the door, like he had the right to, man, that pedal was rock solid. The thing locked the rears up and wouldn't stop. I feel bad for putting him out of it, but, overall, it was just a bad day for us. At least we didn't get hurt.
allowed bad next race
I think you're allowed only about one bad race for these next 10,
edge tony
Tony Stewart has the edge right now because he has the lead,
four
We went in this thing and we pitted with four and I thought we could make it back up there.
engine great shop
The Roush Yates engine guys, I went over to the shop the other day, and they feel great about the new engines. I'm excited.
achieve competitor dominant jack less lucky perfection settle team though
I've teamed up with Jack Roush, and I couldn't be with a more dominant team than I am right now, ... Other than that, as a competitor I try not to settle for anything less than perfection even though we don't achieve it most of the time. I'm just very lucky to be a part of the team I'm part of.
deserve expect goals happen heading honestly looking million point reasons
It would be more than I deserve at this point in my career, ... It was one of our goals heading into the season, but honestly at this point I don't expect it. It would be great, don't get me wrong, but if it doesn't happen I'm not going to get upset. There are a million reasons we shouldn't make it, looking back.
crown drivers greatest produced rich series silver
The Silver Crown Series has produced some of the greatest drivers and they have a really rich history.
mean point
It would mean a lot to make the 'Chase' at this point in my career,
