Any time your team produces, it makes it a lot easier on me, eases the pressure a bit. We know we have the skill to score a bunch of goals.
I'm getting more and more comfortable every time I play. And in the third period the guys did a great job in front of me -- I didn't see a shot for 15 minutes.
I'm a fellow Canadian. I can't tell you how excited I was. It's a dream come true to have my first NHL playoff start in Montreal. It was an unbelievable atmosphere. My ears are still ringing.
It was a bang-bang. We had bodies in front -- it's like the puck had eyes. ... It's a tough break, but it's important how we regroup and get ready for Wednesday.
It was probably our best game of the series. We're looking forward to getting back to Raleigh and our fans.
We weren't happy with our effort against Washington. We tried to come out with a solid effort tonight, and we were able to do that.
This was a tough series. This is something you dream about since you're a little kid. To have the opportunity to be part of this is amazing.
As bad as that second goal was, it was like it woke us up.
You've got to understand we've got some bumps and bruises in the lineup. I've been telling people I've got to hold myself accountable to come up big in key situations, when we're a little tired in our defensive zone.
The nine-game winning streak is tremendous. But we're concerned about taking it day-by-day, and just trying to keep winning hockey games.
I just tried the best that I could to step in and help out as much as I could. Unfortunately, we fell a little short.
I'll offer my goalie mask to him anytime he needs it.
He surprised me. He came in extremely fast. I was fortunate to get a blocker on it.
We are having a huge problem with people dodging jury service - just not showing up at all.
