base basketball second start team type until using
The base of our team is our athleticism and our quickness. We didn't start using that until the second half. That's the type of basketball we have to play to be successful.
david kirk knocked step stepped
I told David he makes me look good. I told Kirk (Snyder) to go to the corner, but that David should be able to step back and be open. He stepped up and knocked it down like he's done so many times this season.

aggressive david fourth game halftime helped rebounds several shot start stay win
I told David at halftime to stay aggressive and that his shot would start falling. He had several big rebounds and put-backs that really helped us win this game in the fourth quarter.
coming early thrown
As a player, you're coming in wide-eyed and bushy-tailed and you have no idea of all the things that are going to be thrown at you at a very early stage, and it can be frightening at times.
couple guys job rely
That's why those guys are here. Their job is to give us a boost, and be aggressive. We have a couple of guys who we rely on to do that, especially with P.J. (Brown) and Desmond (Mason) out of the lineup.
basketball good hard hats
That's just a very good basketball team. They come with their hard hats on every night. They're not going to make a lot of mistakes.
came month
It made all the difference. He would have been a month behind, but he came in every day and made a lot of progress.
killer trip
It would have been a killer trip for us.
adjustment offense repetition single steven
There'll be an adjustment for Steven because this is an offense that he hasn't done. But again, once we get him in, we'll go over it every single day with him just to try to get him as comfortable as possible. ... I don't think it'll take him real long because one thing that we do a lot of is repetition on our offense.
nice problem second starting
It's starting to get better. We still had some lapses in the second half. That's the problem with our young guys. We get a little comfortable when we have a nice little lead.
nice second starting
It's starting to get better. I thought we had some lapses in the second half. We get a little comfortable when we get a nice lead.
balls fourth loose match playing quarter third
They were playing harder. They were getting after loose balls, long rebounds. We had to match their energy. In the third quarter and fourth quarter, we did a much better job.
defensive front good guys job lack mentality
It was just a lack of defensive mentality tonight. We didn't do a good job keep guys in front of us.
