The breakdown is wonderful -- 56 percent male and 44 percent female, which for something that starts out as a comic book is pretty amazing. The demographics on age are also surprising -- 48 percent under 25 and 52 percent over 25. That, I think, has to do with the spectacular reviews. The playability of the movie is wonderful and it's a great kickoff to summer.

It was an unknown quantity. People didn't know the story, didn't know about the performances. It needed to be in theaters and get people talking before they were going to buy a copy to keep forever.

Rather than being one of five blockbusters in June, we wanted to be the one right now and that's what's happened, It's still fantastic with a blizzard going on. All the pictures got clobbered and will get clobbered today. But what are you going to do? That's June in February. It was June in February for two days. On the third day, it became February!

I think Fox's secret is like Warner's secret: It was the product we put out this year. It worked and people wanted to see it. It's a matter of the mix of movies and we were fortunate.
