That was what we've worked for. When we won, we were walking back to the locker room and the guys were so happy for us. We were just as happy for them when they won.

We might have taken them for granted a little bit. Coach told us they would come out and fight us and they did. But our defense made the difference. We were able to pressure the ball and get some easy baskets.

It feels good to be able to go my final year. We wanted to go last year. We felt like we should have been there. We didn't make it then, but it's here now.

I think we are more poised than last year. We still make a few mistakes, but that is because we are young-minded. We are growing as a team, and this game is a good example.

Last year is over with. It is in the past. We put it there and moved on. It motivates us to get to where we want to get, and that is win a state championship.

I have people that I don't even know coming up and congratulating me. I was in Wal-Mart the other night and a woman just stopped me to talk to me. We're just trying to stay humble.

It feels good. I've had three real good years. I've had a lot of fun and won't forget any of them, especially the last one.
