He's a monster. Just a monster. He's probably the best overall lineman we have because he gives the most effort. And he's probably the fastest lineman on the team for being a 300-pound guy.

But I don't think we're as focused as last year. Last year, we knew what we had to do. This year, since we know we won the championship, everybody is like 'Oh, we're going to cruise along.' I'm not saying everybody is loafing but everybody is not giving that extra effort. Last year, we played every game like it was our last.

He practiced on his kicking and as you can see he got better at it. When he first came he barely knew how to line up to kick the ball and now he's kicking it 30 yards. That's good for him. I think he's doing a good job and I think he'll help us out in the future.
