This was a very well-pitched game. We came back from a tough loss (5-4 to Ewing Thursday) and played probably a better game today. It?s all part of learning how to win.

We're taking what we learn in practices and putting it into winning games. I think the attitude of the kids is a lot better.

We have a culture of losing we have to get past. Hopefully, we can turn things around.

We're young and inexperienced, but I think they are learning the things I want to get across to them. We've prepared ourselves to be competitive.

We'd like to take a run at .500. We'd like to take a run at the state tournaments and see what we can do. I definitely think that's a realistic goal.
