aggressive ball behind both dan davis field great job left line majority pass protection realized running side time
I think they were really aggressive. I think both Anthony Davis and Dan Buenning were very aggressive on the left side. I don't know if you realized but the majority of the time when we were running the ball it was to the left side of the field behind those guys. I think they did a great job of establishing the line of scrimmage. And they did a better job in pass protection than I think any of us thought they would, so that was very encouraging.
great job pass protection running time
You know, for their first time out, I thought they did a great job ... in pass protection and also in the running game,
character coming constant fourth great guys happy mark played proud teams trust work
Oh, they're fans, ... Trust me, I wasn't happy with some of those plays, either. But during the whole year, you're going to have adversity. That's just a constant in football. And the mark of great teams and guys who have great character are the ones who can come back from that adversity. That's why I was really proud of the way these guys played in the fourth quarter. It's something we really wanted to work on coming into this year.
career careful changing doubt england experience great players position reason safety using
They're great players, have been great players for a long time. There's no doubt about that. They make plays, and that's the reason they've been around for so long. Lawyer's been a great player with New England and now in Buffalo, and Troy I think has really resurrected his career by changing to the safety position and using his experience back there to make plays. You have to be careful with those guys.
edges front game good great guys last looking mix obviously run rushing speed stopping talented year zone
I think obviously looking back at last year and then their first game this year, they're tremendously talented and they have a great scheme. They have a lot of speed at the linebacker position, they have two guys up front who are really good at stopping the run and two guys on the edges who are good at rushing the passer. They do some zone blitzing, they play man-to-man coverage, they do all-out blitzing. They mix it up well.
amount learning offense process short tremendous
We're still learning about him every day. Learning how much of the offense he can handle, how much he can process in a short amount of time. He's got some tremendous talent.
sports believe player
I really believe the only thing you can control in those situations is what you do as a player but also how you interact with your teammates, which is critical.
mistake team hard-work
I'm going to go out there and work hard. I'm going to get better, I'm going to learn from my mistakes and I'm going to be there when my team needs me.
mean realizing offense
We've got a lot of potential on offense. But really potential doesn't mean much if you don't realize it.
winning player trying
I'm going to go out and try to be the best player I can be and help the Chicago Bears win.
football player competition
The only thing I want to be able to do is come in and learn the offense, go out there and compete, show what I am capable of doing and try to get better as a football player.
opportunity take-a-chance belief
There's lots of opportunities out there in life, but if you never put yourself out on a limb and take chances you'll never dare to be great at anything.
I think I could have come up with a better one than that.
helmets known obviously speakers valuable whoever
Whoever stole the helmets obviously didn't know that the quarterback helmets were the most valuable because they have the speakers in the helmets. The other helmets are $150 to $200 but our helmets are like $3,000. So whoever stole them must not have known that.
