good players running time
My time is running out and I want to win. They have a lot of good young players over there.
counted people proud talking week
I know a lot of people are talking about our record. But I'm proud of what we've done. I think we've accomplished a lot. It's awesome. People counted us out every week and here we still are.
aware fun guys nice night played somebody stands step tried until
I played well. It's nice to play well. I wasn't aware of it (the cycle) until somebody in the stands told me. Then I tried to go deep. We've had different guys every night step up. Right now it's a lot of fun for us.
close grind hard rattle
I'm close to really getting in a groove. It's such a hard game. You've got to grind it out every day. Hopefully, we can rattle some things off now.
records season throw winning
If you're in October, not at all. I don't care. It's a new season in October. Throw your records out the door, and it's about winning series.
If you know the game, you know that's part of it.

fans hard hits home mad popular run
He's so popular that if he hits a home run and we congratulate him, fans are mad if we hit him too hard on the helmet.
confidence expects fifth hot maybe year
He started off really hot and has confidence. That's what this game's about. He has so much confidence out there, I think every fifth day he expects to win. Maybe you couldn't say that a year ago.
Hopefully, it's a day to day thing and I will be right back out there.
guy peers people respect rubs
I'm not a rah-rah guy -- I just go out and try to do things the right way, ... Hopefully, it rubs off and people respect that. Hopefully, I have the respect of my peers for the way I play the game.
fame fitting great hall job keeping last meant special three
The guy's going to the Hall of Fame, ... It meant a lot to have him out there. It's only fitting he got the last three outs. Trevor Hoffman's done a great job of keeping us together. It's a special moment.
ahead games judge tough trying
These games are tough to judge because we're trying not to look ahead to Tuesday, but you kind of get that feeling.
