At the end of the day, our position says a lot. No one's job is safe. I think we understand that. If there's any one of us that doesn't understand that then it's going to be a hard lesson at the end of the season. Because there's definitely going to be some changes.

To come out and to have an academy with a club with so much history and respect... is something pretty important. It's special to these kids because it teaches them from the beginning what it's like to be a pro.

It's more than just the game, it's the little things. Being the leader of this team both on and off the field. Being the first one out to practice and one of the last guys off the field. It's the mentality, the work ethic, work rate and professionalism. I think it all shows.

I think it helps to know you've got that kind of talent on the field. That being said, it's more than one person on this team. At the same time, you know, I think whoever is on the field we need to win. That's the bottom line.
