Billick spent nine seasons as head coach of the Baltimore Ravens from January 19, 1999 to December 31, 2007; he led the Ravens to a 34–7 victory over the New York Giants in Super Bowl XXXV, the franchise's first Super Bowl appearance. I've got to be responsive to the needs and the passions in the way my players feel like they need to play the game but also make sure there is a very clear line of demarcation as to what is acceptable and what is not.

Keep up the noise because we can wear them out.
