It was something that if we practiced well the first couple days down here we knew this was going to be a day (off). We met a little bit but it was an opportunity to let the kids get their legs back.

Sometimes, for young players, the hardest adjustment they have to make is just being accountable for everything they do. They want to make the big play, they want to just get to the ending point rather than working themselves through it. You'll see that a little bit with our new offensive guys. They don't know how hard it is to be a good football player. People just think it happens. It's hard...and it's a process.
