I won't say we are completely comfortable with it. We (the board) are mostly stay-at-home moms running this program off the kitchen table.

We will have to spend money on advertising to let people know we have expanded. We have never spent money on advertising before.

The proposal our board has come up with is something we feel we can live with.

This is a huge undertaking on our co-op's part, but I think the risk is worth it because I think it will help stabilize LCK.
