silly nfl call-me
I call him Alshon. He calls me Demaryius Thomas.
years next-year contracts
But if it comes down to next year, I'll be picketing outside of Halas Hall for a new deal, a new contract, because I'm not going anyplace.
people enough
Maybe the standards should be higher to be an officer. People will say there area high standards, but clearly they're not high enough.
years guy quarterback
The guys that are out there now like Calvin Johnson and Larry Fitzgerald they're making $16 million, $15 million a year, and I'm not looking for anything like that. A lot of that money goes to the quarterback position and rightfully so.
reactions
I wouldn’t change any of my reactions
singing baptists old-fashioned
This is going to be an old fashioned Baptist camp meeting with old fashioned singing, preaching and testifying.
football juvenile playing-football
If I wasn't playing football, I'd be a juvenile probation officer.
football purpose world
Football is easy, it's not success. To me success is being a world changer. Football is my platform but not my purpose.
pain one-thing
It’s one thing to see yourself going across the ticker…But to take someone else down, that’s another. I really can’t even explain that pain.
football baby people
Football is easy; I’ve done this since I was a baby. To me, that’s not success. Success to me is being a world changer…I say football is my platform, not my purpose. How can I use my platform to fulfill my purpose? I want people to say that he fulfilled his purpose.
anybody coach continue determined goal gotten hard losing mind plays since turn until worked
Our goal is to win, and we know we can win. I don't think anybody understands just how hard we've worked since coach O'Leary's gotten here. When you've worked as hard as we have, you just know something good's going to come out of it. It (the losing streak) plays with your mind some, but we're determined and we're going to continue to be determined until we turn the corner.
chance good home losing matter winning
Winning at home would be big, but we just want to end (the losing streak). It doesn't matter if it's home, away or in the back yard. We just want to end (it). We have a good chance this week.
carry game hard hopefully knows practiced week
Everyone knows about the streak, but we're approaching this as one that we really need. Each game is a must-win, really, but we've got to have this one. We've practiced hard this week and hopefully it will carry over to this game.
