degrees highs lows predict several warmer winter
This winter has been several degrees warmer than usual. Normally, we would predict highs in the 40s and lows in the 20s.

We ended up slightly above normal, but it didn't rank anywhere as far as the warmest winter ... Just to get into the top 20 it would have to be a 35-degree average.
