ball care felt good hitting moving taking
We started taking care of the ball pretty well, moving the ball around and taking good shots. Something just clicked. We started hitting on all cylinders. It felt pretty good.
ball proof putting winning
The proof is putting up points. The proof is winning ball games.
alone athletic ball completing decisions everybody games good high key knowing mobility percent percentage rid win
You look at Rob, he's fast. He's very athletic. Probably more athletic than 95 percent of the quarterbacks in the league. But does that win you games all by itself? No. I think you have to have the whole package. Mobility alone is not the key thing in this offense. His success is proven. And it's not just him. You've also got (assistant coaches) Rod Marinelli, Joe Barry and Mike Tomlin. You've got some guys who should be coordinators or head coaches on that defensive staff. It's impressive. They've kept guys together in the same system, and that's why they've had success.

building change experience goes ground guys hired neat start work
I like the work that goes into building up a program, because in reality, I've hired my guys and myself to start up and build a philosophy. And it's going to change with our kids, and it's going to change with the school. It's a neat experience being able to see something build from the ground up.
