There are just some songs you want to rock out on. At this stage of the game, I still play the music pretty loud. I can still hear pretty well, but that might be a whole different story when I'm 60.
(The players) take losses like that hard - those last two. We talked about it this week. We feel like we let two games get away last year. We're working real hard on that, getting it to where we feel like we can finish the job.
We feel like we're in good shape. But we've still got to beat Bellevue for any of that to happen.
We feel like we're in good shape, ... But we've still got to beat Bellevue for any of that to happen.
You can't do much with passing and, obviously, special teams we can't do in there.
I don't know what 'the usual' means, ... We've been playing together nonstop for four years now, anywhere from three to seven nights a week. We've gotten to be really good. It's an exciting show.
(But) we're talking ice a millimeter thick just adhering to the outer surface of the wing. A big chunk of clear ice. I've never heard of anything like that.
My dad would moonlight back then, ... He'd worked his way through college in a band before he became an opera singer. I'd been playing guitar all my life, but he recruited me to play drums when I was about 10. We played country clubs and stuff. He taught me drums for a good reason. I worked real cheap.
More questionably, the book does not touch upon the computer language Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), despite it's centrality for doing advanced work in Access.
I was in a band that wanted to make the move to Austin, because they had heard about the scene there, ... They kind of talked me into leaving school and moving. And then, at the last minute, they decided they didn't want to go. So I went there alone.
I think plays worked well against their defense and I think a lot of off-ball motion helped.
I think for a long time it would be nice to have the ability to make those types of calls when defenses are trying to take something away from you. I just never had the confidence in anyone else to do it.
I can't perceive of a football playoff in the private school sector with a diversity of teams,
My dad's a musician, and he taught me how to play when I was three, I think, so I've been playing ever since. It's something I've always done. And when you're really young, and you play music for people, people get really excited, so you get this inner sense that you are good at it, even though I've always been really not good at it.
