It's encouraging, but it still leaves a fair number of children in poverty .... This information is telling us that there are a lot of hurt, needy children out there.
afford dignity employed empower lead level people understand
People like that can afford some level of rental. We want to empower people to understand they already have the power to do it. Hopefully, once they have a home, they can become gainfully employed and this will lead to dignity and a sense of self-worth.
cared children eradicated percent pleased poverty unless whatever
I don't think we could ever be pleased with whatever ranking we see unless poverty is eradicated and children are cared for at a 100 percent level.
