Robert W. Hill is an American basketball coach. Hill grew up in Mount Sterling, Ohio moving to Worthington, Ohio for high school. Upon graduating from high School, Hill entered Bowling Green State University. During the summer of 2011, he was invited by Nike to help Taiwan men's basketball team as a consultant. We went into the game with the idea that Ray would try to push him to a certain part of the floor and there would be help there. I thought Ray did a good job of pushing him there and then our big guys were ready to at least make him take a jump shot.

I think if we don't make any trades, or we don't change the team at all, you have to look at playing Johan (Petro) and Robert (Swift) and throwing them the ball, putting sets in for them, developing them even further, getting Damien (Wilkins) on the floor even more. I think that is the direction we would go, total development of the younger guys.

He can run the floor as well as anyone I can remember for a big man. God just said, 'Here you go, you're 6-10.' His damn hands are like gloves. He's quick and strong and he can jump. And he's got a nice touch around the basket. I think he can become a very, very good low-post player.
