I want to send a message to all lab employees, every single one of them, that security is important, that I want your attention, that I want you to permanently give your attention to security so we don't have leaks anymore,
They are very strong on science. They are a great institution. But on security ... they haven't done a very good job,
We cannot have a full economic recovery, we cannot ensure the security of this country, while the states are in the midst of the worst fiscal crisis in half a century. Direct aid to cash-strapped states is perhaps the most direct way to immediately jump-start an ailing economy.
Every dollar governors are forced to cut out of our budgets is a dollar that's not going into the economy. . . . Sanctions on Iraq are not going to be lifted while Iraq continues to violate Security Council,
The Security Council is going to have to respond in a strong, unmistakable way,
The stability of Asia, the future of Japan and the security of America will be determined by our ability to convince the North Koreans once and for all to dismantle their nuclear program, ... That is the goal of the six-party talks which I support and that is the message I will be carrying.
We want to make sure there are additional security measures and resources to contain the flow of information through e-mail, fax, cyber and other forms of technological communication,
