It was a very competitive meet. In any given season Mount Sinai, Bayport and Shoreham-Wading River are all right in there. We have a very young team with only one senior. So next year all but one will be back.

Overall I though that we competed well. But we still have some learning to do. I think we'll do well in the small school championships next week. I don't think we'll be in the top two. Last year we finished second in the league and came in fourth in the small school meet.

My priorities have always been to work for the people.

Livonia would save money because they wouldn't have to run their own 9-1-1 center.

I have worked very hard to promote livability and economic development in the Springfield community, ... go hand in hand.
board concern conflict education employee overseeing raised town
Their concern was that I am a town employee and will be overseeing other town employees. When I was on the Board of Education for 12 years and oversaw 500-plus employees, there was never a concern or conflict raised then.
