father glorify good light men shine
Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.
content conversation hath leave nor
Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.
entering fear left promise seem short therefore
Let us therefore fear, lest, a promise being left us of entering into his rest, any of you should seem to come short of it.
boldly grace help obtain therefore throne time unto
Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.
communication good taught unto word
Let him that is taught in the word communicate unto him that teacheth in all good things.
according barley brought horses man officers straw unto
Barley also and straw for the horses and dromedaries brought they unto the place where the officers were, every man according to his charge.
great judgment man misery purpose therefore time
Because to every purpose there is time and judgment, therefore the misery of man is great upon him.
art buy counsel eyes gold increased shame thee thine thou thy tried white
Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked: / I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see.
dwell hour kept patience shall thee thou word
Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.
advice break gentle patience proverbs ruler tongue
Through patience a ruler can be persuaded, and a gentle tongue can break a bone. Proverbs 25:15
ancient cannot certain faith hope people sure won
To have faith is to be sure of the things we hope for, to be certain of the things we cannot see. It was by their faith that people of ancient times won God's approval. (Hebrews 11:1-2)
enter rejoicing shall
With gladness and rejoicing shall they be brought: they shall enter into the king's palace.
finds hand heart whatever
Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your heart. (Ecclesiastes 9:10)
