bishop returned sheep shepherd unto
For ye were as sheep going astray; but are now returned unto the Shepherd and Bishop of your souls.
bring devour exalt man
For ye suffer, if a man bring you into bondage, if a man devour you, if a man take of you, if a man exalt himself, if a man smite you on the face.
base bring chosen confound flesh foolish glory god hath men weak wise
For ye see your calling, brethren, how that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called: / But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty; / And base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God chosen, yea, and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are: / That no flesh should glory in his presence.

For ye know how that afterward, when he would have inherited the blessing, he was rejected: for he found no place of repentance, though he sought it carefully with tears.
candle envious evil fret neither reward shall thou thyself wicked
Fret not thyself because of evil men, neither be thou envious at the wicked: / For there shall be no reward to the evil man; the candle of the wicked shall be put out.
foolish god ignorance liberty servants silence using
For so is the will of God, that with well doing ye may put to silence the ignorance of foolish men: / As free, and not using your liberty for a cloke of maliciousness, but as the servants of God.
dominion grace shall sin
For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace.
devoured fathers hath labour shame sons
For shame hath devoured the labour of our fathers from our youth; their flocks and their herds, their sons and their daughters.
dare good man righteous scarcely
For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die.
crown doth endure grass hay herbs mountains riches tender
For riches are not for ever: and doth the crown endure to every generation? / The hay appeareth, and the tender grass sheweth itself, and herbs of the mountains are gathered.
corrected days fathers few flesh gave might rather shall unto verily
Furthermore we have had fathers of our flesh which corrected us, and we gave them reverence: shall we not much rather be in subjection unto the Father of spirits, and live? / For they verily for a few days chastened us after their own pleasure; but he for our profit, that we might be partakers of his holiness.
anyone cannot god hates john love seen whom
If anyone says, 'I love God,' yet hates his brother, he is a liar. For anyone who does not love his brother, whom he has seen, cannot love God, whom he has not seen (1 John 4:20).
ask given giveth god lack men shall wavering
If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask God, that giveth to all men liberally and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him. But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering (James 1:5-6).
flesh gore man owner ox shall surely
If an ox gore a man or a woman, that they die: then the ox shall be surely stoned, and his flesh shall not be eaten; but the owner of the ox shall be quit.
