Right now, as in years past, I try to experiment with everything early and I feel like I do have everything right now. I'm not holding anything back. Even though it's early in spring I feel like I'm in a good spot right now.

Even though I do feel a little stiff, I did not feel any pain, and my back had nothing to do with what happened tonight, ... Mechanically, I was fine, but the fact was that I was hanging pitches and throwing fastballs down the middle of the plate. I give them credit for not missing them.
