O camel-like mind, you are so fickle; give up your cleverness and corruption.
bind bow cow profitable rich streak yield
O dice, yield play, profitable as a cow that is rich in milk! Bind me to a streak of gain, as the bow (is bound) with the string!
condemned serve stick
No one should be condemned as trash; even a little stick can serve as a toothpick!
accomplish bothering definitely results shall works
One who works assiduously and wholeheartedly without bothering about the results shall definitely accomplish his tasks.
becomes naturally others quite ruler wishes works
One, who wishes well of others and works for their welfare, quite naturally becomes the ruler of the masses.
fear himself improves lessons past takes
One, who takes lessons from his past and improves on himself need not fear the future.
befriend mentally mind people polite pure strong whose
One, whose mind is stable, pure and chaste is strong mentally as well as morally. Therefore, one should only befriend such people who are kind-hearted, polite and virtuous.
across becomes capable meaning
One, who is capable of interpreting the meaning of 'secret-speech' becomes the first to come across the 'source of knowledge'.
added finally leadership masses rewarded welfare
One, who earns leadership of the masses by working ceaselessly for people's welfare finally realizes that he has been rewarded with many added advantages.
attain birth cast evil eyes giver gives good happiness help keeps nourishing righteous satisfied serves towards wife
One, who does not cast evil eyes on her 'own' house... who does not have malevolence towards her husband... giver of joy....seeker of family's welfare...who treads on the righteous path... gives happiness to all... serves all... gives birth to good sons... keeps her brother-in-laws satisfied and gives nourishing food...May such a wife help us attain prosperity.
crying ears eyes poor
My ears do not hear, and my eyes are not beautiful. I am in such pain; I am a poor cripple, crying at Your Door.
anxiety cut eternal found guru pain pleasure shall whatever
My anxiety is over. The Guru has cut away my bonds, and I have found eternal peace. Whatever shall be, shall be in the end; so where can pain and pleasure be seen?
feeding grown heart law money morality
Money comes and... goes! But morality? It comes and grows! Morality has to be grown in the heart by feeding it with Love; then only we can have justice, security, law and order.
character conduct good hoard money spiritual wealth wisdom
Money and mansions are not the only wealth. Hoard the wealth of the Spirit. Character is wealth; good conduct is wealth; and spiritual wisdom is wealth.
