They always have a great field in Phoenix. That's what makes it one of the best tournaments on the tour. I have some wonderful memories from playing in Phoenix, and certainly winning the last two at Superstition Mountain are included, so I'm looking forward to coming back.
The way I look at it is I have to play my own game. I can't focus on any particular player because there's too much to do on my own. I have enough on my plate.
Sometimes, it doesn't go your way. I hit a few bad shots, a few bad putts, and it just accumulated. Fortunately for me, I'm playing next week. I've got to forget about this as soon as I can.
There's much more than just the Hall of Fame, ... You've got Player of the Year, the money list, etc., that are important right now.
That was local knowledge. If I had never seen that putt before, I wouldn't have played enough break.
Liselotte was wondering who she was playing with.
I think of him as one of the players ? not that he's a woman, but he was part of the gang, you know? He could be in a coat-and-tie giving a speech, then sitting there in jeans and a shirt at a party with us.
Well, it has been a long day, but I'm happy with my score. I thought I played some good golf today. And it seemed once I made a birdie, I kept going with it.
I think just playing aggressive helped me today. I hit a lot of shots close and took advantage of the par-fives.
I thought I played well today. I didn't score as well, but I had a lot of chances and am very happy with my game.
I thought I played really well all day,
I thought I played quite well today. I got off to a really good start. I'm a little disappointed in the end when it was getting so dark. I couldn't really read the greens for the last few holes.
To come here with high expectations to defend a title is always tough, but I thought I played really well and I'm very happy about that. This is a great event to start out the season.
I can't seem to make a putt and it's just very, very tough to be level par. I'm playing the way that I normally play here. Just nothing is happening.
