We were doing a nice job of keeping the ball out of the post in the first half, but they really came out and went inside three, four, five possessions and kind of turned the game around.

I don't think it's a good rule. I don't think you should make it an all-or-nothing thing. It's not about winning games. This is about getting kids to have a life.

I don't think I've seen a kid make as much improvement in one year. He's not taking bad shots, he's getting his teammates involved, he's not turning it over, he's rebounding; he's fantastic.

We think we're a pretty good defensive team, but their big guys can make you look silly. They are one of the best teams out there, no question about it.

We took a step back character-wise. That's what worries me. I can lose basketball games, but I'm trying to get these kids ready for their lives and trying to teach them that when things don't go well you can't shut down.
