Every day we end practice with a prayer that the sun will come out.

There's no more stress. We can use the tournament to regroup and come back strong for the rest of our league games.

We had a lot of hits, but we just couldn't get them at the right moments. As soon as we can get past the past I think we (the offense) will be able to move forward.

We've had a handful of games where we've just had runners where they don't need to be. We've had some passed balls that have hurt us and we just can't seem to keep runners where they are.

We were wound up pretty tight and I think too much intensity kind of got the best of us.

It was a great win. We were happy the sun was finally shining. That's how all of our games should go - one and a half hours at the most.

We're going to have to buckle down. It's going to take some heart. After one loss it's easy to bounce back, but after three - it's just going to depend on how bad they want it.

When they hit the ball they found holes, and when we hit the ball it was right at someone. But, they hit the ball better than we did and they scored runs.

Our bats just aren't coming through. We've hit a dry spell and you have to hit the ball to win the game.

Pitman is finding their bats and starting to hit the ball. I think we are just battling some demons (on offense) right now that we just need to let go.

For not pitching all season she hung in there. The frustration was there, but I think it mostly came from inexperience.
