In the NBA, there is a guy guarding you, and you really have to try shooting over him.
If you research history, I think we are all Jewish. It's the original culture.
I had a Hebraic wedding in New York, so I'm definitely Jewish.
It helps out a lot. It lets me know that the healing process is going well.
If you've got style, you'll show it, no matter the city.
I didn't think it was that bad when I was playing in the playoffs or working out this summer. But it was getting worse and worse (at camp two-a-days last week). I'm glad we took care of it early in my career. I'm going to come back 110 percent. I won't have the pain anymore. I will have the same aggressiveness and have even more explosiveness.
To be a great player or a good player in the NBA, I have to work on my perimeter game.
If it feels good, then it's possible that I'll play.
The fact that I am not Jewish by religion does not prevent me from connecting to the Jewish nation's spirituality.
It hit me personally because I've been in that type of situation when I was a kid (living in a number of different homes in Florida), when I really didn't have a household to go to. When I see those families and kids down there, I see myself.
I went from just a regular nappy-headed kid in poverty to Amar'e Stoudemire, New York Knicks captain superstar. But there's a lot in between that allowed me to get from point A to point B.
I was just a regular kid in poverty, struggling.
People have times when they want to go through different looks.
Swag is something that I've had for a long time.
