There had been a work ethic in our organization for a long time where if you weren't in your chair at 7 a.m. and if you didn't stay until 7 p.m. you weren't working. That's baloney.

We feel very good about what we've accomplished but there is no end destination here. We still have a long, long way to go and we recognize that.
ability arkansas athletic good location prestige school size speed
I have good size and speed to go with athletic ability. The location of the school and prestige is important to me. I want to go where I can play right now. Arkansas is on my list.

It was a glass ceiling issue. Many of them had been in that position sufficiently long enough that they felt someone should be breaking out of that group and moving up. It didn't appear to be happening.
