cannot city close coming control local
We have a lot of local unregulated run-off that we cannot control. This is coming right into the city close to home. That's getting awfully high.
access decline levels problems rain rate reduce serve slow week
It's going to be a while?before levels fall. It's going to be a slow decline, and the rain will serve to reduce that rate of decline on the Red River. There will be access problems for probably another week or so, or even longer.
definitely peak relax
Definitely we're at the peak of it but we still can't relax too much.
good looks minimal weather
In the south, it looks pretty optimistic. If the weather is good from now on, we'll have minimal problems.
