Even with the last pitch of the game, we were surprised the game was over. We feel we will win every game.
It was a miracle we won the division. By the time we got to Boston last year, we were so deliriously tired because we dug too big a hole. We don't want to get ourselves in that situation again.
It was nice the way we responded today.
I've got to take a long look in the mirror because I didn't do my part. I mean, you win and lose as a team, but I didn't show up.

It was pretty tough, but I'm glad I made the decision and I'm proud of it. I'm very proud to play for the USA team. I plan to enjoy it.
It's what I expect to do. I'm capable of doing that every day.

It's nice to get your hits, but at the same time, it's more important to get good at-bats. Get good tracking and really get yourself prepared for opening day.
