It's just pleasing to me to have a young man like that in our program because the reason he's at school is academics first and he's applied himself, not only on the court but off the court.

It's a big game. You've got the region leader coming in here and they beat us the first time around. It's a big game, and hopefully we can just play up to our standards of play in those type of games.

It was excellent. We had a great car all weekend. We made a good change there on the second stop. Went back out. The car was solid, and we were able to hang on to third. Didn't have quite enough to try and make a run on the leaders, but I could catch Buddy and sustain it, but wasn't able to be offensive. I'm really happy with the podium. It's our first podium of the season. Pretty positive for the team, and we'll build upon it for the next race in Chicago.

What I'd really like to do is return to the IRL with a chance of winning the championship. I'm talking to a couple of teams with that capability. I guess the chances of returning to the IRL are fairly good.

Once we went green, the car handled beautifully. We were flat out until the end. We showed some really good speed.

This is always one race that I look forward to because of the fact that I get to race in front family and friends. Plus, I've had some really good races there. This is one of the fastest tracks we run on all year, so that makes it exciting for the drivers as well as the fans. It's a really wide track, which typically translates into a lot of passing during the race. Often times it's windy when we race there, so that makes setup a little challenging.

I just felt a thump from the rear of my car. Ryan was up over me. He was upside down and there was a lot of fire. It was a quick thud and then the next thing you know we were in the wall.
