crazy guys human jaw love stuff unique
There's things you guys don't know; some of the things he can tell you will make your jaw drop. It's crazy some of the stuff he went through and saw. He's a unique human being. I love that dude.
atheist happen helps hitting push question run stuff time tough truth ways
That helps me get through any tough time in my life. There's so many ways you can run away from it, but when push comes to shove, the truth is going to look you right in the face. You can be an atheist and all that, but when stuff is hitting the fan, it makes you question some things. Things don't just happen. They happen for a reason.
beginning build guys legacy media stop sure teach understand understood wins worry younger
It's very important. From the beginning of the season, I always told the media and the young guys understood this that it is up to us to teach these guys how to do it. Don't even worry about it. We're going to get our wins and we're going to make sure that these younger guys understand that we can build a legacy here and that it's not going to stop with just this season.
definitely problem score
It's definitely about making big plays. I definitely like the problem where we score where we get the rock. That's a little exclamation point.
against bad college football fortune great played schools though tough
Even though we've had bad fortune in the past, we've always played O-State tough -- always. They know that, and we know that. I can't wait. This is what college football is all about -- two great schools going against each other.
fine game tune until
As a whole, as a team, we have to fine tune our game. This is our first game and we have a long way to go until the Big Ten.
fortune matthew michael predicted rice season
The thing about it is, Michael Robinson, Matthew Rice and me, you would think that we are fortune-tellers, the way we scripted the season up to this point. We predicted it all.
brought finish great stuff teams
The thing about great teams is if you don't finish the story, it ain't going to be a story that's going to be remembered. We go out with a loss, it's going to feel like everything we did, in essence, was nothing. We brought a lot of stuff back. But for our seniors, for the young guys, we've got to go out with a win.
ability believe
I didn't believe in my own ability. I didn't have confidence.
blue luxury meant white
It's meant the world to me. I wouldn't have it any other way than to play with those guys. The luxury of it is that we have one more game. We all have each other's back and we have to put on that Blue and White one more time.
group history mind penn state team worst
It's the same group of guys, mind you, that was the worst team in Penn State history.
game life
It's always going to put the game into perspective. And it's always going to put life into perspective.
beginning good shot
We're beginning a dynasty. We want to have something like USC. The way we (taught) the underclassmen I think we have a real good shot at doing that.
brought coverage good hand led together
We brought it all together today. We had a lot of good coverage in the secondary, and the quarterback wasn't able to find his first read. Everyone was working hand in hand, and it led to all that pressure.
