You can take 100 penalties in training, but when you go out on that pitch in front of all those people and the television cameras, it's completely different.
If people don't like my style, then I can't do anything about that. I have been like that since I first entered into the game and it hasn't done me bad in the past, so I am not going to change now.
It does not bother me that some say I'm dull and boring because the people that do know me will tell you a different story. It is very difficult to be open with people you don't know. There is nothing I can do about the fact that the real me does not get across and it is probably difficult to know the real me.
I always practise penalties, but what people don't understand is that you can never recreate that pressure situation that you're under.

We're in a relegation battle. Anyone who doesn't see it like that isn't seeing it correctly. I've known people deny these situations before.
I'm not selling the club to him any more. I don't think I have to - the tough part was getting him here. We all said that, if we were to get him here, he would take to the football club, the area and the people. I think he's done that. The people have certainly taken to him - not only on the football pitch, but off it as well. They've made him feel very welcome and he's grateful for that.
