It's the best he's ever pitched. He's pitched pretty well all year. We finally gave him some (defensive) support.

That started things. (Sharper) didn't see it. He never picked it up off the bat. And then the bottom fell out.

We'd gotten away from making so many errors. We were just flat coming out. We had been playing decent and today was just a bad day.

What have we got to lose? The kid threw a bullet and he just beat it. That's the hardest run to make in sports ? inside the park.

This is probably the only team we play where we've got more talent. But Nate went the whole way. He's got a lot of work to do, but he kept the ball around the plate and he doesn't let much bother him.

Give them credit. They may be the best hitting team in this thing. They made adjustments and hit the ball hard.

We're playing so much better. We should have beat Keystone the other day. And we beat (Union County) with a ninth-grade pitcher.

This is a good lift for us. We're getting there. It's on-the-job training, but we're getting there. The kids have some confidence now.
