body obviously panicked
My whole body was cramping. I thought it would get better, but I could not even walk. Obviously I panicked a little bit.
dangerous gets heart stop telling trainer
The trainer was telling me to stop because it was dangerous if it gets into the heart,
I just couldn't breathe. I don't know what happened.
decision kept quit telling though
But it's always a player's decision and I kept telling her I didn't want to quit even though I was panicking.
