At the start of every practice, we skated around the ice and passed back and forth to (one another's) partner. It was pretty basic and pretty monotonous after a while, but it kind of gives you the idea that, hey, back to square one.

I still remember that, the feeling we got. We looked at each other on the bench and said 'Let's go.' We scored one, let's go again. And two shifts later we scored another one. We told coach, get us out there. Ride us. It was a pretty neat feeling.

Every time you put that sweater on you're representing all the great players that have played here, all the championships that have been won.
