Guys are putting too much stress on the offensive end and not enough stress on the defensive end. I think that showed in the last game. We also have to cut down on turnovers. The biggest part of the meeting was cutting down on the little things. People don't understand that one possession, one breakdown can lead to you winning or losing the game. We've confronted those issues and hopefully we'll learn from them.

In discussing my options the last couple of weeks with my family and Coach Dixon, I feel that it is in my best interest to declare for the NBA Draft.
