east goals round
One of our goals is to get a bye in the first round of the Big East Tournament.
against finding great job players teammates
My teammates did a great job finding me. They were just finding me and I was converting. I should have made some more. It's nothing against (Providence), it's just that we have great players to play with.
eight guy happiest locker people problem
Carl does so many things that people don't realize. He only scored eight points, and he was probably the happiest guy in the locker room. Obviously, he doesn't have a problem with it.
defense lack looks maybe missed
Maybe it was a lack of our defense. They got a lot of wide-open looks and they missed a lot of wide-open looks, too.
coach hard people year
Obviously, it was a big concern. For the juniors, the people who only have one year left, it's sometimes hard to get a new coach and have a new system.
break chance forward gives looking spring teams year
It gives us a chance to play teams from around the country. I'm really looking forward to it. It's the first year we've done it, and usually during Spring Break we flatten off because we won't play.
believe gave goes mind team tough
It goes to show how tough this team is and how much we believe in each other. No one gave up. No one had the thought in their mind that we weren't going to win.
falling night played shots tough
That was a tough game. We played real hard. The shots just weren't falling tonight. It just wasn't our night.
beyond feet great last marvel sit
I think that last 3-pointer he made was from 15 feet from beyond the arc. He's such a great player. When he's doing something like that, you just have to sit back and marvel at it.
easy four offense taking three
My offense was bad, and I had to keep taking three or four opportunities to get an easy basket.
defense focus guys helping helps hitting inside men opens people shooting stepping stretch team
People always try to focus on the inside part of our game. When you have guys like Ronald stepping up and hitting perimeter shots, it opens up everything else because they have to stretch their defense and play the perimeter. It widens the lane. It helps the big men out tremendously. The way he's been shooting the ball, it's been helping our team dramatically.
defensive people presenting seems setting step strategies teams
Other teams are keying in on him, setting whole defensive strategies around him. That's presenting opportunities for other people to step up. It's amazing. It seems like every game, it's someone different.
both definitely ends hard help player shows team ways willing work
I think the double-double definitely shows how hard a player is willing to work on both ends of the floor. But there are a lot of other ways you can help your team that don't show up in the stats.
constant demanding fast games hardest physically running
Lacrosse is fast paced and I like fast paced games. It's demanding physically and has the hardest conditioning of any sport. You are always running if you are not sprinting. It's constant movement.
